Taking care of our temple is a plus. Why not exercise your physical abilities at our Kingdom Olympic event, September 27th after service? There are events for all ages and maybe some teams too.

Top place winners will win metals, gifts, and gift cards. Look for our registration table in the main lobby of our sanctuary our use the code below.

Sisters of Faith Retreat October 2nd-4th

A trip for all Women 18 and up that does not disappoint. The interest for this retreat is always buzzing. There are so many opportunities to fellowship with females who are aspiring to live a life of faith.

Our rate is $300 per person per bedroom in 2 and 3 bedroom condos until August 2,2026 & $350 on Aug.3rd.

This is a shared space event. You can advise us of your roommate choice for the shared spaces. There is an option to choose to be in a bedroom by yourself in a condo with others.
A $75 deposit is required for registration.
Final Payment is due by September 6th, 2026.  
A late fee of $50 will be added to your balance for any payments made on 9/7/2026.
Registration officially closes on 09/20/2026 at 11 PM.
All payments are non-refundable AND non-transferrable.

Anniversary Conference 2027

Singles’ Summit 2027

Faith Tabernacle Christian Center presents the Singles’ Summit. Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel offers calming views of downtown Norfolk and the Elizabeth River.  In downtown Norfolk, VA, guests are near Town Point Park, Norfolk State University, Nauticus, and the Chrysler Museum of Art. Enjoy scenic harbor views.  

Your Retreat Package includes:

• 2 nights hotel accommodations (for Double or Single Rooms)
• Friday morning breakfast
• Coach Bus Transportation (roundtrip from Faith Tabernacle’s Campus)

Payment information: We are offering an early discounted rate of $349.  This is for two people in a room with double beds.  As of January 11th, the price of the trip will increase to $399.  

For one person in a room, the price is $675 through January 10th.  As of January 11th, the rate for single occupancy will be $725.00.  

Final payment is due by February 8th, with a late fee of $50.00 added to any balances after this date.  To register, a $50.00 deposit. is required per person.  All registrations should be made by 1/29/2027. No profits are made on this event.

We Celebrated 47 Years in Ministry

Duke vs. UNC Game and Tailgate

This is a rivalry of rivalries normally battled on the basketball court. Your entire family can enjoy this single day event in Durham, NC as Duke battles UNC on the football field. We provide the transportation to and from, the game ticket, and all you can really eat at one of the largest tailgates on the campus. Tickets are $39 per person and include all of the above. The time of the game is TBD.

Fall Carnival

Our Fall Carnival is one of the best!!! It is a safe family atmosphere where your children or the child in you can enjoy free rides, free food, some games, some prizes, and loads of fun for everyone. The event begins at 6PM on October 31st.

Senior Luncheon November 14th

We honor and celebrate our senior adults!! They have paved the way, raised us, taught us, endured us. Our Senior Luncheon is packed with great food, prizes, and encouraging ministry. It is open to all 55 and up with prizes given to those 65 and up! Everyone will walk away with a great experience. The event begins at 11AM on November 14th with the Praise & Worship experience: Luther Barnes and the Sunset Jubilaires.

Football Game and Anniversary Gala

Enjoy a family day at the football field with a tailgate AND enjoy our Anniversary Gala as a family too. This is a great option for two ticketed events at a reduced price.

Sweetheart Retreat 2027

Faith Tabernacle Christian Center presents a weekend retreat for Husbands and Wives. Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is a great location directly connected to the Tyson Corner Center Mall and a short walk to the Silver Line Metro. Register here.

Build your marriage relationship in a location that can set the atmosphere for personal time, fellowship, and good company. Perfectly positioned at the vibrant PenFed Plaza and directly connected to Tysons Corner Center Mall, this hotel offers many eateries and shopping venues.

Shoppers can interact with top brands like Apple, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Primark, Lenkersdorfer, Sephora, Aritzia, Vuori, Zara, and YETI and dine at delicious restaurants including Barrel & Bushel, Eddie V’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Earls Kitchen + Bar, and Seasons 52. Tysons Corner Center is also home to an AMC Theatres.

The dates are February 12th – 14th and the trip cost is $649.00 per couple (unless you traveled with us this summer on the cruise).  You can reserve your space with a $75.00 deposit before January 3rd.  After this date, the price will increase to $699.00. All balances are due by January 17th. Any remaining balances on or after January 18th will incur a $50 late fee. This is a not-for-profit event.
